Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York in the U.S.A. was an American actress known for portraying strong but vulnerable character. Linney was born into a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney being a playwright. Linney graduated from Brown University, and then continued to attend Arts Theatre School Moscow. New York City was her first stop in 1990. The actress began performing on Broadway immediately, eventually receiving the acclaim she received for her performances in Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
